FACILITY USE FOR NON-BOARDERS

Use of the facility by non-boarders is by approval only and can be revoked at any time for any reason.

All persons using the facility agree to abide by all the rules of the ranch.

Lesson Trailer-In Fee, Single Day: $40/horse, for the duration of the lesson only

Day Use Trailer-In Fee, Single Day: $65/horse and must be under the supervision of a boarder or an in-house trainer

Monthly Lesson Subscription: $350/horse - Rider must have a monthly subscription agreement on file and may trailer-in for an unlimited number of lessons per month. This is a month-to-month agreement. No refunds and no prorations.

Monthly Day Use Subscription: $500/horse - Rider must have a monthly subscription agreement on file and may trailer-in for an unlimited number of days per month and have full use of the facilities and trails. This is a month-to-month agreement. No refunds and no prorations.

Overnight: Guest horse in Barn Stall - $125/night plus cost of shavings

Overnight: Guest horse in a turnout - $50/night
